I believe our bodies store our deep emotions and am skilled at ways to unblock, release and heal so that you experience more love and joy in your life.

Therapy is a confidential collaborative effort. After you share your goals, we will find ways to develop skills, remove resistance, and move towards your desired outcomes from a place of non-judgment and acceptance supporting you at a deep level with respect. 

If you are comfortable, brainspotting, mindfulness practices, and yoga, will be offered as a way to access the psyche and increase your ability to heal.  

Offering ways to reduce anxiety, experience more joy, and heal from past hurts.
